CAI primarily prints for kitchen countertop and laminated floor manufacturers, kitchen and bath cabinet manufacturers, and RTA (ready-to-assemble – furniture in a box) furniture makers in North America.

Chiyoda’s product line consists primarily of lightweight papers (30-60 gram per square meter, coated with a clear durable urethane topcoat) and saturating papers (60 –105 gram per square meter papers used to make plastic laminates).

The various, specialty papers are purchased in 5,000-meter to 20,000-meter rolls. The paper is printed, inspected, packaged, and shipped to our customers in rolls of 2,500-meters to 7,000-meters.                                      

 Chiyoda America has more than 600 different designs in their portfolio. New designs are created daily through CAI designers and customer interface. The designers use digital imagery through the use of design computers; they can create and print small samples for design review and evaluation. Chiyoda’s customers are some of the largest in the industry.
