Kaizen - A Japanese Philosphy

Kaizen means improvement. Kaizen means improvement in personal life, home life, social life, and working life.

In the workplace, Kaizen means continual improvement involving everyone. Managers and workers must work together and improve through small gradual improvements.

Kaizen expects the workers to work toward standards and the managers to maintain and improve standards.
